SuperSoil™ FAQ
Q: Do I need to add nutrients or fertilizer?
A: No — please don’t add anything. SuperSoil™ is carefully balanced, and adding outside inputs can disrupt the nutrient cycle and microbial community.
Q: Does SuperSoil™ need to “cook”?
A: No. Our SuperSoil™ has already been cooked for six weeks, so you can plant seeds or transplants directly with confidence.
Q: Can I use SuperSoil™ for all plants?
A: Yes, but it shines with heavy feeders like tomatoes, peppers, pumpkins, melons, cucumbers, and cannabis. For lighter feeders, we recommend cutting it with our LivingSoil™.
Q: How should I water SuperSoil™?
A: Consistent moisture is key for a happy rhizosphere. Avoid letting it completely dry out, but also don’t keep it soggy. A steady rhythm of watering will keep microbes and roots thriving.
Q: What’s the difference between SuperSoil™ and LivingSoil™?
A: SuperSoil™ is designed for heavy-feeding crops with both fast- and slow-release nutrition. LivingSoil™ is gentler and best for everyday plants and houseplants.
Q: Can I reuse SuperSoil™?
A: Yes. Thanks to its blend of fast and slow-release nutrients, SuperSoil™ stays potent for a long time. After each grow, it can be easily recharged with our amendment kits.
Q: Is SuperSoil™ organic?
A: Yes. We use only natural, biologically active inputs — no synthetics or salts.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: SuperSoil™ is available in 8 qt and 1 cf bags. For larger orders, give us a call — we’ll work with you directly to get the best shipping rates.
