Orders, Pricing & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected misuse.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Sales, Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of soil, amendments, and biological materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Soil or amendments once shipped

  • Products affected by storage conditions, environmental exposure, or handling after delivery

Refunds

If a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be issued at the original purchase price, not current market value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Policy & Risk of Loss

We ship within approved regions of the United States. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to weight, material type, or carrier limitations.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Soil & Amendment Disclaimer

Our soils and amendments are natural, biological products. Performance may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Plant species

  • Climate and environment

  • Water quality

  • Application method

  • Existing soil conditions

  • User practices

We do not guarantee specific results, yields, or outcomes. Gardening and agriculture inherently involve variables beyond our control.

Our products are not fertilizers in the conventional sense and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent plant disease.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the use, storage, and application of soil products.

APSU Soil makes no claims regarding regulatory compliance outside the United States unless explicitly stated.
