APSU Soil is produced in many sizes and volumes, from small bags to full cubic feet and bulk quantities. For online retail and shipping, however, we offer our soils exclusively in ½ cubic foot bags. This format allows us to pack efficiently, protect the soil, and keep shipping costs as low and predictable as possible.

Soil is heavy, and shipping larger or partially filled boxes quickly becomes inefficient and expensive. The ½ cubic foot format is simply what works best for online orders.

If you want 1 cubic foot shipped, order two ½ cubic foot bags — an automatic bundle discount is applied at checkout.
No code is required, and the price adjusts automatically.

  • 7-quart and full cubic foot bags are available in store or online for local pickup.

  • Desert and mineral-heavy soils weigh significantly more and may require USPS Flat Rate shipping.

  • Bulk orders can always be arranged directly for the best possible shipping rates.
